DEPOSIT

30% deposit payable on reservation. Remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION

If a cancellation is made up to 10 days before arrival no refund will be due but the stay may be transferable to another date.

If due to COVID - monies will be returned or the date moved.

We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability and personal belongings.

HOUSEKEEPING

By booking with Lower MOnkton you are agreeing to leave all furnishing and fittings in the same state you found them and leave the site clean and tidy when you depart. You will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damages.

FIRE SAFETY

  • Strictly no smoking on site

  • No candles or naked flames in tent

  • There is a fire extinguisher and blanket at each pitch, please only attempt to use these if you are sure it is safe to do so.

  • Please do not tamper with the gas bottles. Contact us to make any adjustments you may think necessary.

  • Please keep firepits at least 3 metres from the tents and shelters.

CHILDREN

Your children are your responsibility at all times

NOISE

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. If you cause an extreme disturbance to other guests or neighbours, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Lower Monkton accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto site. Please leave valuables at home.
